1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using VerveGlobe Tech INC's platform, API, and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of our communication technology platform and SMS messaging services.

2. Description of Services

VerveGlobe Tech INC provides a communication technology platform including:

• A2P SMS messaging platform for businesses
• RESTful API for programmable messaging and number management
• SMS delivery for transactional, promotional, and support messages
• Number provisioning and management services
• Compliance tools including consent tracking and STOP/HELP handling
• Web portal for campaign management and analytics

3. SMS Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you acknowledge: (1) transactional messages may be sent without separate opt-out; (2) promotional messages require prior consent; (3) delivery is subject to carrier availability; (4) multiple messages may be sent during active service operations.

4. API Usage

API access requires authentication via API key. Rate limits apply. Users must not use the API for unauthorized messaging, spam, or content that violates carrier guidelines or applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Compliance Obligations

Users of our messaging platform must: (1) obtain proper opt-in consent before sending promotional SMS; (2) include STOP/HELP keywords in all promotional messages; (3) honor opt-out requests immediately; (4) not send messages during restricted hours; (5) not send deceptive or fraudulent content. VerveGlobe maintains A2P 10DLC registration and monitors compliance across all campaigns.

6. Payment & Billing

Services are billed on a pay-as-you-go or subscription basis. Pricing is available on our platform. All fees are in US Dollars. Accounts must maintain sufficient balance for continued service.

7. User Conduct

• Do not use our services for unlawful purposes
• Do not send spam, phishing, or fraudulent messages
• Do not interfere with or disrupt our platform
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Do not resell services without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and documentation is the property of VerveGlobe Tech INC. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

VerveGlobe Tech INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimers

Services provided "as is" without warranties. SMS delivery subject to carrier availability. Platform uptime target is 99.9% but not guaranteed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Disputes resolved in Denver County courts.

12. Changes

We may modify these terms. Changes posted here with updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
