4. SMS Text Messaging

VerveGlobe Tech INC operates an A2P SMS messaging platform. We may send SMS messages to phone numbers for the following purposes:

• Transactional Messages — Verification codes (2FA/OTP), account alerts, password reset notifications, service status updates, and delivery confirmations. These are essential for service operation and do not require separate opt-in consent.
• Promotional Messages — Feature announcements, platform updates, promotional offers, and marketing content. These require explicit opt-in consent prior to sending.

Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed for service operations. Promotional messages are typically sent 2–4 times per month. Standard messaging rates may apply per your carrier plan.

5. Data Sharing

• Service Providers — SMS carrier networks, cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics services, contractually obligated to protect your data.
